Important Information for your Registration
Authors should register for the conference no later than 4th of May 2025 to have their presentation included in the final program. Attendees should also register for the conference no later than 4th of May 2025.
The registration fee includes the symposium material, all lunches during the conference, the Gala Dinner and coffee breaks. The registration fee does not include travel and accommodation expenses.
All participants have to register. Please note that paper submission is not regarded as a registration.
An extended abstract is required to be submitted by the 30th of March, 2025 using Easy Chair platform (More info will be announced soon).
