Important Information for your Registration
Authors should register for the conference no later than 4th of May 2025 to have their presentation included in the final program.
The registration fee includes the symposium material, all lunches during the conference, the Gala Dinner and coffee breaks. The registration fee does not include travel and accommodation expenses.
All participants have to register. Please note that paper submission is not regarded as a registration.

Step 1. Through the INFER website + PayPal or Credit Card. Need first to register in the INFER website (infer-research.eu).
Then, payment can be done via PayPal or credit card on the website.
Please click the payment using PayPal. In the next step, you can either log into your PayPal account or choose to pay directly with a credit card on the event page.
To complete your payment, make sure to select both the Free Ticket above and the Extra Services below.

Cancellation and refund policy
Registrations cancelled from 16th to 26th of May 2025 are eligible for an 50% refund of the registration fees paid.
Registrations cancelled less than 20 days prior to the Conference (from 27th of May 2025 and onwards) are no longer eligible for a refund.
Exceptions apply only in cases of VISA cancellation. Only in these cases is a full refund allowed.
Accompanying Persons & Childcare Information
If your children (aged less than 13 years) will be accompanying you, special supervised sessions will be organized for them on site at no additional cost during the main conference activities (4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the afternoon), including during the Gala Dinner.
